1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Believers Box website at www.believersbox.com (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, subscribers, and users of the Service.
2. Description of Service
Believers Box is a faith-based audio drama subscription platform that provides access to original Christian audio drama series. Content is delivered in episodic format and is intended for personal, non-commercial listening enjoyment.
3. Subscription Tiers and Access
Believers Box offers the following access levels:
- Free Access — Episodes 1–3 of any series are available to all visitors without an account. Episodes 1–10 are available to users who register their email address as a Free Listener.
- Believer Plan — $9.99/month. Provides full access to all current and future episodes and series.
- Kingdom Exclusive — $29.99/month or $269.99/year. Provides full access to all content plus premium features as described on the Membership page.
Pricing and tier features are subject to change. We will provide reasonable notice of any changes to active subscribers.
4. Payment Terms
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize Believers Box to charge your payment method on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your selected plan) until you cancel. Subscription fees are charged at the beginning of each billing period.
You are responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date payment information. Failure to maintain valid payment information may result in suspension or termination of your subscription.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; you will retain access to paid content through that date.
Monthly subscriptions: No refunds are issued for monthly subscription fees after the billing date has passed.
Annual subscriptions: If you cancel an annual subscription within 7 days of your renewal date, you may request a prorated refund for the unused portion of your subscription. Refund requests must be submitted to [email protected].
6. Acceptable Use
By using the Service, you agree that you will not:
- Use the Service for any commercial purpose or for any public display, performance, or broadcast.
- Download, copy, reproduce, redistribute, or share any audio content from the Service.
- Attempt to circumvent any content protection or access control mechanisms.
- Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access or collect content from the Service.
- Share your account credentials or subscription access with others.
- Upload, post, or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, or offensive.
7. Intellectual Property
All audio content, scripts, episode artwork, branding, logos, and other creative materials available through the Service are the exclusive intellectual property of Believers Box and its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership rights in the content. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and listen to content for personal, non-commercial use only.
8. User-Submitted Content
If you submit a testimonial, story, or other content through the Service, you grant Believers Box a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and reproduce that content in connection with our platform and marketing materials. You represent that you own or have the right to submit such content.
9. Termination
Believers Box reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Believers Box does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Believers Box and its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the three months preceding the claim.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of the State of Texas.
13. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
