Monthly Subscriptions
Monthly subscription charges are non-refundable once the billing cycle has begun. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at [email protected]. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will retain access to all subscriber content until that date.
Annual Subscriptions
If you purchase an annual subscription and are not satisfied within the first 7 days of your initial purchase, you may request a full refund by contacting us at [email protected]. Refund requests submitted after 7 days of the original purchase date will not be honored. Renewals of annual subscriptions are non-refundable.
One-Time Episode or Series Purchases
All one-time purchases of individual episodes or series are final and non-refundable once the content has been accessed or downloaded. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing purchased content, please contact us within 30 days of purchase and we will work to resolve the issue or issue a credit at our discretion.
Free Trial Periods
If a free trial is offered, no charge will be made during the trial period. You may cancel before the trial ends to avoid being charged. Once the trial converts to a paid subscription, the standard refund terms above apply.
Duplicate Charges
If you believe you have been charged in error or have been billed twice for the same subscription period, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order details. We will investigate and issue a correction or refund if a billing error is confirmed.
How to Request a Refund

- Your full name and the email address used at checkout
- The date of purchase and the product or plan purchased
- A brief reason for your request

Chargebacks
We ask that you contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. Chargebacks filed without first contacting Believers Box may result in the suspension of your account. We are always willing to work with you to resolve any billing concerns directly.
